In spite of the fact that the area of the central part of the Barguzin
Mountain Ridge underwent mighty glaciation, the relief here is
presented with a combination of bald peaks and Alpine forms, which are
typical for the Sayans, Urals, and Scandinavian mountains.
In the picture: the valley of the Levaya Sosnovka river 5 km from its
source.
