The characteristic feature of Baikal weather is its changebility ,
contrastness conditioned by orographic, hydrologic, atmospheric and
landscape features of the basin.
In the picture: "Gornaya" wind is blowing, it is the strong
north-western wind that can be at speed 40 meters per second.
