The high, abrupt,formed by limestones and marbles shore nearby
Ust-Ange Bay is a geologic "Visiting card" of the Tazheranskaya
steppe. Wide spread carbonate rocks are the cause of numerous karst
concentrations in the form of craters, hollows, lakes and caves.
The picture was taken from Berkhe-Tsagan Mountain (3 km. to the south
of Ust-Anga Bay).
