Ekhe Erdoy Mountain is situated 2 km. from Baikal on the right bank of the
Anga river ( 8 km. from the settlement of Elantsy). 42 meter high
mountain which looks like an artificial mound that towers on the even
area of the valley.
According to the tales of the local people in the past people came
here from different places of the Baikal Region to celebrate a great
holiday. People danced in a ring round the mountain, the dance, where
more thаn 700 persons took part, could last several days.
