Mud-flow faults on the eastern slope of the Baikal Mountain Ridge happen at regular intervals. In 1999 they happened on all streams of high-angle fault from Cape Zavorotny to the mouth of the Ledyanaya river. The picture was taken in the valley of a nameless stream (the second river-bed to the south of the Ledyanaya river).
